CUSTOM MADE ITEMS
Through the experience gained on each project, along with the relationships gradually developed with the different factories around the Cape, we strive to create custom made fittings when the marketplace doesn’t meet our needs.
Kindly note that each new custom-made inquiry requires time and new drawings that must be signed-off and paid in full upfront for fabrication to start. Relevant courier fee might apply. No return applies.
HANDS ON SERVICE BREAKDOWN
Reception of lighting layout / plans.
Dissection of the lighting plans and creation of a schedule reflecting the types of lighting required and quantities.
First round of specification according to the initial brief, creation of a draft lighting schedule aimed at starting a conversation on the look and feel of the lights (functional, accent, decorative, and outdoor lighting to some extend).
Rounds of adjustments on the lighting schedule and bulb allocation, according to the feedback received, until final sign-off.
Sourcing of the lighting from different suppliers or creation of custom-made lighting according to signed-off schedule.
Receiving from different supplier and secured storing of the lighting until site is ready to start receiving.
Labelling of the order according to the signed-off lighting schedule before dispatch.
Scheduled and tailored delivery according to each site’s different needs and requirements (delivery can happen in stages).
Briefing of the electrician on delivery if required.
